Our company menus will ensure you and your company an exciting taste journey through Latin American cuisine. Everything you see on the various company menus becomes part of the dinner. You therefore don't have to choose between the different dishes - just look forward to tasting them all. We guarantee plenty of food and a lot of different taste experiences.

Crispy plantains – Dehydrated tomato – Guacamole

Crispy plantain chips, served with a guacamole kit & a mortar at the table – mix your own guacamole.

Mini taco – Beef tartare – Smoked lemon

A small, crispy version of a hard-shell taco with a filling of beef tartare. Topped with smoked lemon emulsion & tahoon cress.

Sardo – Black beans – Grilled jalapeños

Fried, fermented black beans, served with grilled fresh jalapeños & grated sardo cheese.

Starter

Almonds – Chorizo – Pink grape

Creamy almond soup served with chorizo, pink grape, onion purée & chorizo oil.

Tuna – Chipotle – Smoke

Marinated yellowfin tuna served in a crusty shell with pickled turnip & smoked chipotle cream.

Empanada – Spinach – Salsa verde

Argentinian lightly smoked empanada, filled with creamy spinach & smoked chipotle. Served with a Mexican-inspired salsa verde & queso fresco.

Entrée

Soft taco – Cochinita pibil – Pineapple

Soft corn taco with slow-cooked pork, black garlic mayo, grilled pineapple cream, pickled Habanero chilli & red onion. Topped with coriander cress & lime.

Ceviche – Leche de Tigre – Mango

Peruvian ceviche with white fish in Cinco's signature "tiger's milk" with mango, ginger & chilli. Served with infused cucumber, tomatoes & inverted popcorn.

Spicy wings – Chilli sauce – Coriander cress

Cinco's caramelized & spicy hot wings with sliced red chilli, coriander, chives, freeze-dried lime & chili.

Main course

Carne Asada – Carrot – Chimichurri

Slow-cooked & grilled beef from Uruguay with baked carrot purée, Cinco chimichurri, herbal oil & aromatic pepper sauce.

Fried yuca – Chilli butter – Citrus

Cinco fries in chilli butter & served with citrus emulsion & Argentinian cheese.

Corn ribs – Aromatic butter – Tajin

Crispy sweet corn ribs smeared with aromatic butter. Topped with crispy bread crumbs with matured cheese & spicy chilli powder with freeze-dried lime.

Dessert

Chocolate ice cream – Salted caramel – Spicy pineapple

Chocolate ice cream served with coconut cream, chilli-pickled pineapple, salted caramel & crispy cacao tuiles.
